Private Lessons

Private Classes

READY TO TAKE YOUR PAINTING TO THE NEXT LEVEL?

There are so many great reasons to think about taking private painting lessons. Maybe you learn better one-on-one; maybe you already dabble in watercolors but you don't know what to do next; maybe it's a hobby you've always wanted to try but you just don't know how to start... whatever your reason, I'm excited to have you here!

After teaching hundreds of students through my group classes, I've recently started offering private classes as well. These offer me a chance to teach straight to your skill level and to work with you on specific techniques.

Some students are interested in working on a specific long-term project, others are interested in creating their own lesson blueprints, still others want to learn a little of everything--wherever you are in your watercolor journey, we can create a customized lesson plan for YOU.

The details:

Due to the time and consideration that goes into developing private lesson plans for individual students, these classes will be initially be available as a bundle of 3, 60-minute classes. Materials and supplies are available to use during class, but I ask that students purchase their own art supplies to practice during the week and continue painting outside of class time. Supply lists are available upon request. During the first class, we'll figure out exactly what you'd like to learn and establish your current skill-level and then proceed from there in developing project ideas and practice guides. I'm flexible, and we'll move at your pace!
